As our cattle only eat pasture, the meat they produce can be considered a source of Omega 3 much like oily fish. The fat is a rich yellow colour which is evidence of the high levels of beta carotene. When consumed by humans this supports healthy eyes, skin and immune systems.
All beef is sold frozen.
