Our Food

We work hard to produce the quality of beef we would be proud to share with friends and family, at all times respecting our animals, trusting and learning from them, guided by nature. Being 100% pasture-fed, our beef reflects the plants, the seasons, and the place it comes from. By selling directly, we can keep the connection between the land, the animals, and the people who eat the food.

As our cattle only eat pasture, the meat they produce can be considered a source of Omega-3. The fat is a rich yellow colour, which is evidence of the high levels of beta carotene. When consumed by humans, this supports healthy eyes, skin, and immune systems.
